"I didn't hire the pro but I was impressed. They were very expensive but I was impressed with his professionalism and he presented what he had. And the fact that he didn't pushed me, I just disliked anybody that pushes me. And he was very kind, and very gentle. He stayed a long time, he even took some leaves out of my gutter and didn't even charged it. He was just here for an hour or so. I was very impressed with that."

"Screws were left in the driveway and questioning the downspout size. If the gutters were increased to carry more water leaving small downspouts limits the effect of larger gutters. All dry root was not repaired as agreed on."
