"Installation was fine. Orkie came back and fixed a problem (unrelated to the installation) with the water heater during an evening."

"I’m extremely satisfied with the work from KC Metro Plumbing. LJ and Trey, thank you so much for the same-day water heater replacement. I was really impressed because other companies weren’t able to handle the emergency the same day, but KC Metro Plumbing got it done quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate the fast response, great service, and quality work. Highly recommend!"

"The new Anthony service plan includes plumbing which also includes bursting, cooling, and electrical annual service. It is well worth the cost and their technicians are always first rate! Today the inspected two sump pumps, five toilets, and cleaned my tankless water heater. Also adjusted two if the toilets."

"Tom discussed what I would want in a heater and why he recommended the brand he did. They arranged the appointment and arrived on time. The gentlemen installing the unit were friendly, polite, and informative. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured I understood what they did and that everything worked before they left."

"Terrific is an understatement! After being told by my HVAC company that they could not install a new hot water heater for 3 days, TJ at Metro Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water before guests arrived the following day. He tracked down the unit we wanted, came to the house on a Saturday and he and his associate worked in tight quarters to the get the unit installed. It is no wonder he has been in business for 15 years! If you want a job done well at a fair price, I highly recommend KC Metro Plumbing! Thank you, TJ!"

"I received quotes for installing the heater and they were all very competitive but I went with another installer that is not on home advisor."

"Anthony did a great job installing our new water heater!"

"Work was done without any problems and hauled the old one away. Wish it didn't cost so much, but water heaters are pricey these days."

"Went well. I didn't do it myself because i was afraid i'd break the water line coupling. He did break it but he also knew how to fix it! All is good."
