The final cost of the job was less than his estimate and the new carport is much sturdier and better looking than the previous one. He also installed two handrails for the staircase inside my house and a grab bar in my shower. The cost was more than fair and the quality of the finished work was great. I would highly recommend Matt for any construction project."

After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. After their original site visit to measure windows and to talk to us about what we wanted. Discount Windows sent us a quote electronically. I made a couple changes to what we wanted, and they sent a revised bid. All the paperwork was done online, except we gave them the credit card number over the phone. We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"

"We had all of the windows on our house replaced as well as a new front door and slider installed. They also replaced all of our casing and trim. Working with All Season Windows was great! The windows are wonderful and installation was quick considering it was 20 windows and 2 doors. They kept our home clean and We have noticed such a huge difference already. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"We just received a complete new heating and cooling system from Addcox Heating Service, this company was extremely helpful and efficient in the beginning stages of analyzing our old system and what was needed for our needs. They properly notified us on our scheduled time and confirmed what time they would be installing our system. Shawn and Carson arrived 15 minutes early the day of install and were extremely polite and very professional and went straight to work and very respectful of our home. There was a slight hick-up on one of the connections that luckily they caught on during their inspection test. It was a very simple fix, but to be safe it cost them a great amount of time , for they had to completely drain the system and recharge. this caused both men a extra 5 hours of their time which I have to say they handled extremely well their positive attitude never shifted one bit, two very extremely professional workers. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
