"My home recently suffered wind damage to the vinyl siding. A friend recommended I contact ANGI. Within minutes I received the names of six contractors. I communicated with all, but only four replied. I interviewed all four, received quotes to re-side the entire backmof my home. Within three days I made my decision. Walking Miracle Renovations won out. The owner was very responsive, answered all my questions and concerns promptly. His bid was competitive and he followed through on scheduling the project. Workmanship, attention to details, & follow-through were exemplary. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely call them should I require more work @ my home."

"Wonderful service from this company, from sale to installation, I had the deteriorating siding on my townhouse replaced with CertainTeed vinyl. shaker siding. Work completed as contracted by the courteous, knowledgeable installers. Project manager, Alex Calderon, kept me abreast of work progress and followed up at the end to review the installation with him. If you have exterior work planned, consider Home Genius Exteriors. "I am pleased with the job Power did with installing vinyl siding, replacing 2 doors, and 3 windows on my home. I am very impressed with their siding product, which has foam insulation backing incorporated during production at their factory. Both siding and window/door crews were very attentive to detail and did a very professional installation. Their proposed install date was only two weeks after the sale---the actual installation was delayed only a week late due a shipping problem. The quality of the product and workmanship induced me to have Power replace my remaining windows the end of the January."

"Replace the stairs precast did a great job"

"I purchased a roof inspection and tune-up through Angie’s list. I was contacted quickly to set up the appointment and provided a reminder. The technician was Jim L. who was great! He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessary. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Jim L. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time. When the time comes to repair or replace the roof, we will definitely contact American Home Contractors! Thank you Jim L and American Home Contractors!"

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"The company recommended replacing the skylights. We agreed. They finished the work promptly and expertly. One issue arose (nails poked through ceiling), but they handled it without excuse or complaint, realigned the skylight and repaired the holes."

"I met David Garner of Garner Roofing in Harford County, Maryland. David was prompt with the appointment and listened to what I wanted as far as the work. Mr. Garner communicated with me during my contractor selection and his contract offered the best price for the best products. David shared with me the new technologies of roofing and explained the beneficial changes of that work and how it would enhance the property appeal and result in longer warranties. Garner Roofing was fast with the installation, did an efficient clean-up and he returned after the job to ensure my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Garner Roofing and if you need a new roof or are considering replacement then I endorse David Garner to assist you in your decision. The new roof at my home has the PRO Architectural Black shingles that are thicker and heavier than standard shingles. It has a 130 mph Wind Rating, 15 yrs. Algae Warranty and a Lifetime Shingle Warranty with a 10-year transferable replacement with no pro-rating. My new roof is incredibly beautiful and the new look provides a striking difference to the old, white, stained roof that was replaced. Thank you David for an Outstanding job! My compliments to your crew for a fast, professional installation with absolutely no damage to my landscaping or other issues."

"OK when they got here there was an upcharge of $50 because I have three sides instead of 2, one of which is very narrow and partially brick. They should have this listed so there is no debate. Job was done quickly. ."
