A price was agreed upon when the order was placed and I put down half as the deposit. Four weeks later when I picked up the windows, I was told there was a slight difference in the price.... to my surprise, the price was actually lowered. It turned out a lower tax rate was approved since the order was placed, I would never of known about it if they hadn't lowered my bill.
