Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "Everyone, from initial analysis to job completion, was professional, courteous, and exceptionally friendly within the constraints of the COVID19 situation. They did our job the day before lockdown and provided masks for themselves and us, even though the masks were not a recommended precaution yet. They did not over-promise any dollar amount savings; they only guaranteed that we would feel more comfortable or they would come back until we did. And we do. All the other insulating and heating measures we've taken - including a gas fireplace, new windows, thermal curtains and lots of rugs - never gave us the level of comfort that we have now. There have been a couple of minor issues regarding tape that didn't stick, and John was immediately responsive; at first porch-delivering a new roll of tape for us to try ourselves.
