"From the person answering the phone to the serviceman, all interactions were polite and professional. They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air."

"Plumbing work was great, carpentry work was less than par. They installed a new shower with ceramic tiles and every corner in the shower is now cracked. They replaced my vanity top with ceramic tile every corner on the vanity top is now cracked. They used colonial door trim as my baseboard and George $400 to paint the bathroom and my bathroom door and frame never got painted. I had to have them come back and reinstall the glass shower doors properly. No contract or material list was given to me. Just a cost of $9,200. The company needs to find themselves a nice Carpenter."

"Loved the presentation but the Sales person Rich, however they NEVER checked the AC unit to see if it were repairable. He never identified the problem but only wanted to sell us a NEW AC unit. We didnt tell him anything as we wanted to see what he found with our unit. My husband is in construction so we knew what was wrong. There price for the same thing as another company was for a much inferior AC unit with only a 5 year warranty. Fast on the appointment but poor on the service and explanations."
