"We had a great experience with Bob Minoli of Integrity Residential Window Repair, Inc. We had twenty windows that had moisture between the double panes because of failing seals. He arrived at the promised time, put on shoe covers to enter our house without us having to ask him, was pleasant, thoroughly explained the job, and gave us a reasonable price to replace the panes. We appreciated that he was so flexible scheduling the repairs. We split the job up into several stages to coordinate our painting the rooms and installing new window blinds. For each stage, he arrived on time, replaced the panes, and was very neat and clean throughout the entire process. We also had Bob install a new sliding screen door off of our kitchen. He additionally replaced the springs on a few of our hard-to-raise windows. If any further windows need replacing, we will definitely use this company."

"My wife and I decided to fix the siding, soffit, windows and gutters of our home before our first child was born. Honestly, my wife and i knew nothing about sidings, window brands or contracting before this. So we took our time and did our research. We got contacted multiple recommended contractors from on Angie's List. GVD responded immediately and we setup an appointment with Andy. Andy was helpful in answering our many questions. During the whole decision process, Andy stayed in contact constantly, answering alot more questions we had about their process, pricing and products. In the end we chose GVD as they surprising price matched one of the other bids we got. The project was slated to take around 2-3 weeks starting in beginning of July which was perfect timing as our baby was due around 7 weeks from the time they were to start. Alex and his team were very professional and made sure to wear face masks when inside the house and clean up the site at the end of the day. Special thanks to Vitale(?) who helped complete a lot of the tiny details my wife pointed out. Unfortunately, the wrong sized sliding door was ordered and the Alside factory at the time was operating at 60% due to COVID-19 so it would take a couple weeks for a new slider to be made. This pushed the project to be completed after our son was born. The one negative from our experience was the Alside products. Although all windows and sliding doors were installed professionally, we had issues with the product themselves. We choose to do a black exterior and white interior for the window finish. Unfortunately we did not know that you could see the black exterior from the inside, which looks somewhat odd to us. The black finish was also not done very well as it overlapped in some of the white finish (I was able to clean this off myself with some work). Another thing was the Alside Mezzo windows had issues with the seals that held the window panes in place. The seals were not entirely cut to size and alot of them were cut short and were loose because of it. The sliding door screen also has an issue locking when trying to close. I am not sure if this is just the quality of the Alside product (we were debating about buying Anderson 100s but were convinced otherwise by Andy) or if the COVID-19 situation reduced the quality of the product by Alside at the factory level. Either way, this was not Vlad and his team's fault and they did their best in trying to resolve some of these issues. Overall, the siding, soffit and gutters were installed professionally and look great! If we had to do it again, we would probably choose a different Alside product or different brand (Anderson) for the windows and sliding door replacement. Thank you again to Vlad and his entire team for helping make this process as easy and smooth as possible!"

"Came and cleaned our windows.  We went with the deal for 20 exterior windows.  He did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the work.  We asked for prices for some additional work and felt the price was fair.  I thought he were going to call back but he didn't.  If he had, we would have had him do the additional work. <br />"

"I researched replacement windows before hand so as to be as knowledgeable as a consumer can be. Our windows were each 92" x 77" (over sized).  We had numerous replacement window companies out for bids. <b>ALL</b> said the window companies they represented could not build the windows we wanted due to their large size. Then we called CECS.  Lance, the rep they sent out (in the past he owned his own window co), took measurements and made a few phone calls and said it could be done and at a fair price. He was very responsive to answering all our questions with all the right answers. He knows windows. What is really strange about this whole experience is some of the other replacement window companies who offered the <b>same brand and model</b> window as the ones we just had installed, said our windows couldn't be built. Lance knew who to call to get it done. <br> <br>Since the windows were so large, CECS sent out Brandon and Omar, their 2 lead installers, for our job . They had them installed in a few hours and everything went perfectly. They answered all our questions politely and left the job immaculate. Really great Service ! <br> <br>My wife and I love our new windows and what a picturesque view CECS has given us. <br> <br>"

"THE COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. I WAS SKEPTICAL BECAUSE THEY ARE BASED IN SACRAMENTO, BUT THEY DID THE WINDOWS BEAUTIFULLY AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THEM DELIVERING ON THEIR PROMISES. WHILE WE HAD TO SCHEDULE FOR THEM TO INSTALL SEVERAL WEEKS IN ADVANCE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE SLIDING DOOR IS ESPECIALLY NICE AND IT REALLY KEEPS OUT THE STREET SOUND. THE WORKERS WERE SUPER POLITE AND VERY RESPECTFUL. I RECOMMEND THEM. SEVERAL OF MY NEIGHBORS ALSO USED VIEW MASTERS AND THEY ALL SEEM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK."

"It was affordable but I do not remember exactly what it was. I had it done individual, not all at once.  <br /> <br /> I was very pleased, I would give them an A+. I was pleased with them. Very professional, did everything in a timely manner and showed up on time.  <br /> <br /> Not only where they really professional, but they took time to talk to me as a customer to see what I wanted, and to show me different layouts of the glass. They were really good.  <br /> <br />"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Roseville, CA

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
