"We recently had NETR install a ductless system in our single family home, and the entire experience working with NETR was consistently impressive. At every stage of the process the folks at NETR were super responsive and helpful, and their professional approach resulted in a zero surprise and zero problem experience. After initially reaching out to NETR to inquire about their services they setup a consultation visit. Russell Dodd arrived to review our property, listen to our needs and concerns, and recommend a solution. Russell is a friendly guy with many years of experience with ductless installations and had all sorts of clever suggestions on how to make this installation work best in our home. It's worth noting we also had 2 other top rated competitor firms visit to conduct property reviews, and the people that showed up were significantly less experienced than Russell and clearly did not have the product knowledge or range of ideas that Russell shared during his visit. Within days of Russell's visit we had an installation quote/estimate in hand and after sorting out a few details with NETR we scheduled an installation date. The contract covered all the items we had discussed with Russell and was very straightforward. The NETR price was competitive and in the same ballpark as the other companies – but with far superior follow-up and consultant services. There were no surprises or unclear items listed on the NETR quotes, while the quotes we received from the other companies had some areas where costs were not entirely clear. On the day of the installation Jerry Odom arrived and was the technician assigned to lead our project. Jerry was super friendly and carefully took the time explaining his installation process, listened to and answered any of our questions, and immediately went to work. Over the course of the 2 full day installation Jerry quietly and skillfully pulled everything together and made sure the units were placed exactly where we had requested. He did an exceptional job hiding piping and basically making sure that the new units throughout the house were installed in a very clean looking manner. Jerry was joined by two colleagues at various points during the installation and all were equally competent and skilled professionals. From initial outreach to the final day of the installation we interacted with at least 5 different people from NETR. The staff working back in the office were also very professional and helpful at all times. We interacted with Eleni and even one of the owners at one point when calling to confirm installation dates. This is obviously a company that values taking great care of the customer and sets an expectation that their staff are all honest, helpful, responsive and fair in all interactions. NETR deserves all the superlatives that are used to describe their people, processes, and services. This is a business that clearly makes it a priority to take care of the customer and deliver top quality work. We are very happy that we chose NETR over other vendors and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a ductless system."

"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. "I had originally thought that a high velocity mini-duct central a/c system was the only option for my Victorian home with baseboard heating. But when Joe Carnevale from Airco explained the benefits of a multi-zone slim-duct system with concealed air handlers in the attic to cool the second and third floors and a conventional system tied to existing (unused) floor registers on the first floor, I was intrigued. After rebates and tax credits (which aren?t available for high velocity systems) the cost was extremely competitive and the fact that the system has four individually controlled zones means that I can adjust the cooling levels to keep operating costs lower. The installation was a little tricky as I asked (owner) Steve Duarte and his crew to run the refrigerant, electrical, and condensate lines through an unused chase to the second and third floors rather than affix a conduit to the outside of the house (which wouldn?t have been allowed due to my home?s historic designation.) The work was done efficiently and with practically no disruption to the day-to-day living that went on during the installation. The left the house and basement very clean. I have been very satisfied with the system?s performance during the several heat waves we?ve experienced this summer. All in all it was a very professional job from start to finish and I would highly recommend Airco Home Comfort Services to anyone considering central air conditioning, and in particular to owners of older homes without existing ductwork.

"My central air system went down in the middle of a heat wave and virtually every HVAC repair service that I called told me that they weren t taking new clients and couldn t help me. I contacted Chris through home advisor and he agreed to help me out. He promptly came to my house, identified my problem, and ordered parts. When the parts arrived he immediately came back and installed them and I was up and running. Chris identified and fixed my problem and the entire process took only 2 days. On top of that, the price was more than reasonable and Chris is a super nice guy. I highly recommend Chris because he is a skilled and professional technician."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."
