"The Collin Creek Duct Cleaning team did a great job on our home!  As we started up the A/C units for the first time this year, we smelled a bit of dust / mold and a general mustiness in the systems.  We had Collin Creek out to take a look and they identified and cleaned a large amount of dust in the ducts (collected in a large collection bag outside the home) and a bit of mold growth as well.  They performed an antimicrobial treatment where it was required and left the home smelling great.  We appreciate the work they did!

 Also scheduled adding new insulation.  His work is reliable.   We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

They told me they would call me before they would proceed with the work, which they did! We dropped the vehicle off on my husband's way to work and picked it up at 4 p.m. the same day! No surprises. "I called the afternoon my A/C went out. Morrison said would be there at 9a, got there at 8:45. Looked over entire system. Fixed the problem; explained why it broke down & how to care for A/C in general. The cost I wrote in here for the service call is approximate because I also had them service the A/C at my office. I’ve known Morrison family since 2010. They are honest about what’s wrong with A/C & cost of repair, whether replacement is warranted and what can wait, and are prompt in an emergency. They did an install for a friend & she is pleased a year later when Morrison came to service her A/C - for free because it was their install. The price they charged was way lower than other people she contacted & they provided a warranty for her new A/C. Highly recommend Morrisons."

"Zack and his team of installers did a phenomenal job on the pricing and installation of our vinyl floors in 6 areas of our home. We have pets that caused a smell in our carpet. Zack came out and assessed the situation, provided some flooring sample recommendations, and also worked very well with an in home medical situation. The installers had to completely redo the subfloor prior to installation of the vinyl and everything looks perfect. A two day job turned into 4 due to the subfloor but Zack and the installers kept us updated throughout (additional days were due to unexpected replacement of subfloor). The installers kept the area as clean as possible, were very careful in movement of furniture, and did a great job on the finishes/room transitions. We are very happy with the service and professionalism. Zack went out of his way to ensure the medical situation was accounted for throughout the installation. As a real estate investor, I will be using this company again for my rental properties. Highly recommend."
