"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. Thanks AFS for job well done. Bill McCallie Chattanooga Tennessee "

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. I would highly recommend PolyLift USA to anyone that is need of this repair. They did an amazing job! Thank you Poly Lift!"

"The ARC crew(with Mr. Anderson heading the crew)arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and returned the following days to complete the job. They moved the dirt to my back yard since I suggested that I needed some back there. And it provided me a lower cost since I did not have to have a dump truck to haul it off. We also had them to lay a retainer wall with their choice of interlocking concrete blocks. They worked with us after we told them we were not happy with their choice of blocks. We then went to the place where they bought the blocks and picked out some stones versus blocks. ARC was generous enough to take take back their blocks and replaced them with our choice of stones. I also asked them to return some of the dirt from my yard to back of the retainer wall to make it more level. They did this promptly. All the work was performed to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Anderson and his crew were very polite, friendly and professional."

"It didn't go well and they ended up taking three months to finish it. They were first going to put it up with rotten boards that had bugs crawling in them and stuff. This was what he was going to build it with and he also put in the wrong posts. We wanted 6x6 posts because it was a horse shed and he put 4x4 posts in. I had already paid him half the money and then he said that he wasn't going to replace it because they were already there. He was not going to finish it and was still going to take half of the money because we had the wood. He was going to keep the wood there, which was rotten. My husband went to work and did a blueprint of exactly what we wanted so he could look at it step by step on what to do, but we went round and round with him. He did a good job once it all came around and he actually did it, but it took a couple of months. He didn't work on it himself and had other people come who were doing things wrong."

"They are actually a national firm.  I spent between $8000 and $10000.  They did the complete tear down and reshingle in one day.  They had 10 guys working here.  They worked hard.  They did it quickly.  There wasn't any inconvenience at all.  They got up there and did the work.  I don't know anybody else who does it in one day with the size of the roof that we have.  We've got a 4000 sqft house.  I was happy."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Rossville, GA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
