"Excellent. I have been using Pool Tech, owner Phil Waites, for several years. I called and asked his advice several times concerning a possible leak. It was the summer we had a severe heat wave and drought during July. 2012 I think. He told me what to do to determine if it was a leak or sun/heat caused loss. He fixed the pool for the remained of the season. The following year I had him change the sand in the filter and fix a major leak problem. From them on he did/does all my maintenance. He is honest, reasonable on prices, dependable and real joy to do business with. He enjoys his job and it is reflected in his work product. I highly recommend owner and company! "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
