On installation day, he had a younger guy helping him who seemed to struggle quite a bit and scratched up some furniture while bringing the new water heater in. He also left a large pipe in the yard that I had to dispose of. I chose to go with the least expensive water heater and still paid $1439.21 with Lanz. Others were significantly lower in price, but definitely not as quick to respond or schedule."

"Overall my impressions are mixed. I had them come to my house for two small jobs. They did a great job painting the trim around the door but it seemed to take longer than necessary (and billed by the hour). When repairing the ceiling, the man doing the work was dissatisfied with his initial job and came back two days later to redo the job. I was glad to see such pride in his work, but again, they were billing hourly and the job ended up costing just under double the initial estimate. I understand that estimates are just that, but all in all they were a little more expensive than I anticipated and were very casual. <br />"
