Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "Aside from installing a new Carrier gas furnace, they installed a state-of-the-art thermostat. The comfort specialist, Chris B., was very responsive and helpful in helping me decide what to buy, as well as providing help after installation. The two installers, Chris M. and Justin B. were very personable and very neat during removal and installation of the furnaces. Overall, very satisfied. Very commendable job."

"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"They were excellent.  The house I bought had a 27 year old hot water heater.  It was obviously on its last leg.  When it nearly stopped providing hot water, I called my home warranty company, and they sent Modern Mechanical.  The technician was so nice and honest; I felt as if he was a long-time friend.  He explained the advantages of a tankless system and since I was getting money from the home warranty that it would be worth the difference I would have to pay.  After installing the system, the kitchen faucet didn't have good pressure, so he replaced it for free.  He even worked to get one that looked like the one I had.  They were absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. <br />"
