"MA Cleaning and Landscaping works quickly. We agreed to the quote they provided and they showed up 4 days later, on time, and completed the work within 6 hours. The employees were professional and very nice people to work with. The price that was quoted was reasonable and honored. Paying online was easy and transparent. We would use them again!"

"Horrible customer service! I used HydroTech to turn on my system in the spring. I realized it wasn't working and called them to come back out. They hide behind a 72-hour window recall policy (they set the system to run at 4 AM) and charged me a revisit fee. They also claimed that the rain sensor wasn't included in their guarantee, so why did they set it up when they initially came out? They quote a replacement cost of $300, the part is available for $80 on Amazon, and can easily be installed. I don't recommend using this company."

"Please do not use them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. Customer service is a foreign concept for them. They are impossible to reach and lack basic communication skills/courtesy. I had to cancel my service b/c they would not respond promptly except to send you an invoice. It took me almost 3 months to get a refund. They would give me a lame excuse that the "mail carrier is slow" or just not respond. When you call the office, you get someone, but they claim nobody is in to take the call. Of course, when you are trying to sign a contract with them, they are super quick and responsive. The minute Amy Rojas is involved, you may as well give up. She is rude and non-responsive. Happy to share the countless emails and calls I have made in the past. The really sad thing is that the techs who do the work are actually ok; it's the office staff that make them so horrible."

His renovation proposal was very clear, detailing exactly the materials his team would be using, the equipment, and the processes. He even provided instructions on care after the work was done. "Ben, Connor, and the entire Independence Landscape Team are absolute masters at their craft and some of the most professional, responsive individuals I’ve ever worked on a project with. The job included designing/redoing our frontyard bed, installing downspouts, building a 330 square foot backyard patio bordered by a dry creek, installing natural stone steps leading up to the patio, and designing/executing new backyard landscape beds. Our backyard - which is on a slope and not a huge space to begin with - looks out onto a shared driveway. Given that, my wife and I struggled with how to create a sense of privacy in our backyard without having a fence installed. Of all the professionals we met with initially, Ben, our Project Manager and Connor, who did a lot of the design work, had the clearest vision of how to get it done. Both were mindful and in tune with what was important to my wife and I. Both were creative in working within the parameters of our space to deliver what is in my opinion, the very best job that anyone could have done. Big credit to the the teams that came out and did the work as well, Cheto included. The results are stunning and my wife and I couldn’t be happier."
