Free estimate was scheduled the next day and was professionally conducted. Detailed works were explained item by item. I thought the price was reasonable (compared to what my friend paid other company) and the description of the work to be done was thorough. All the works were completed the same day as promised and a follow up work to close the last hole the following week. When I thought I saw a squirrel was able to get back to the attic, Metro Pest Control immediately sent out the workers to inspect the problem. When he inspected the den it was clearly abandoned. He offered to fill it with concrete, but I had him fill it back in with dirt mounds around it.
