"We chose Superior Kitchens to completely remodel our kitchen (finished in 2015) because of their high rating, professionalism in providing a complete quote, and examples of their beautiful floor design work. They were not the cheapest vendor we considered, but remember that old saying: you get what you pay for. Superior provided excellent project management: costs controlled carefully, schedule maintained despite inevitable delays by unforeseen hiccups (supplier delays, sub-flooring needed replacement, etc.), and addressed any questions/quality issues/changes requested by the fussy home owner (me) after the project began. All the members of their team, and the subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, painters) involved in the project were responsible and pleasant. Our friends love our new kitchen, and our most comment compliments concern the fantastic flooring design. After the job ended, we asked them to quote and replace all the vinyl flooring in the kids’ bathrooms, our mudroom hallway, and laundry room, as well as update a small bathroom. "Todd was great, he lives close by and was always very attentive, very willing to offer advice and any other help as far as choosing bathroom items, measurements, etc. The project took approximately one and a half months from demolition to completion. Todd was present from beginning to end and completed most of the work himself, he hired out an electrician and a plumber."

"Given my architect's drawings, Ivaldo provided a very reasonable quote and stuck to it. There were several times where we needed to add on or make changes, and the price was always very reasonable for these upgrades. We also had some challenging foundation work and no room to bring in big equipment, and Ivaldo had a lot of experience dealing with these challenges, which played a big factor in hiring him. Later, we had some major scheduling issues with the utility company (Eversource) that complicated the schedule quite a bit, and were totally out of our control. These delays made the process somewhat stressful but none of this was any fault of Ivaldo's. His guys were courteous and respectful. Quality was also very good other than one issue with tiling, but Ivaldo will always make good on anything that you're not happy with. They'll get the job done, and charge you what it costs plus a reasonable rate for themselves. Overall, a full gut renovation is a major undertaking, and nobody should expect something this big to be smooth and stress-free. I have no regrets in hiring them and plan to call them back when the house needs work."

I had come to the decision of gutting my 50 year old bathroom and replacing it  with a new one and a call was made to The Kitchen Center.
They were courteous, respectable and professional during our conversations. After I chose them to work in my home, details of the remodel were given and all of my questions were answered. .A detailed contracted was issued which included a timetable for the projected work to be done. They continued to answer all other questions throughout the project.
The project began and was completed as discussed. Dust control measures and floor protection was provided which assisted in keeping my home dust and dirt free with all the workers in and out. Another smart move on their part was to put a lock box on my door which allowed the workers to come and go as needed. This also gave me the freedom to do what I needed to do at any time.
I know that there is always a snag during construction projects. In my case it was a tile issue which was taken care of according to the project specs. For this I was greatly appreciative that my best interests were of the upmost importance to the Kitchen Center.
My experiences with the sub contractors,of which were many, were all of a positive nature.
My new bathroom is beautiful and was worth the wait!
