Fastly Will found the reason that the cover with iron mesh of the chimney dropped because of rainwater corrosion. After he saw and checked the cover he decided to make good use of the cover by cutting corroded part of iron mesh. Moreover he drilled several holes at the bottom of mesh wrap,thus prevent from rainwater accumulation and corrosion. He spent more time and made more effort doing that than simply buy a new one to replace. Mr.WIll Lackey is very nice,professional and thoughtful! "I received 2 other quotes before I contacted him that I absolutely could not do.  I kept getting told that because my home was so old and the door was original to the house that it had to be custom built along with the frame and would cost thousands of dollars.  I just could not accept that.  Richard came out quickly and looked at my door and told me he would have it done within the week and he absolutely did.  He found the parts he needed and replaced the doors and replaced some of the framing within 2 days.  It was a lot of work to do.  He and his other man were very polite and professional and I would use them again.
