"After calling multiple companies to get someone out to pump my septic tank I finally got one to answer the phone. Mind you, this was an emergency and I needed someone ASAP as my septic tank was overflowing into my yard! Quality Service Today answered on the second ring. I spoke with a young lady who was so nice and professional who was able to help get me on schedule later in the afternoon (but same day) my technician was Jeremy who was very nice and explained all my options and provided upfront pricing so that I could make my own decision. I didn’t feel he was being pushy at all for a sale. He answered all my questions and got everything taken care of. Thank you Quality Service Today for an exceptional experience."

He went above and beyond by locating a hard-to-find air handler to repair our AC the next day. Throughout, he maintained communication in a professional and very respectful manner. "Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
