"Braxton installed our new smoke detectors after locating and repair loose/improper electrical connections that may have been causing operational issues and false alerts. After two weeks operation is flawless. Customer service was excellent and I was mostly impressed with Technician arriving on time."

"The work all was done quickly and efficiently! The repairman even found some items I did not know about and included those repairs in the original cost! Highly recommend."

"I bought my grandmother's home that was built in the 60's with absolutely no living room lighting. Needless to say Cole came over to give me a bid and was absolutely reasonable with it. Adding 6 lights and switches to my living room and a dining room light (the previous light was off center). After he finished installing my living room lights he addressed a concern of mine in my electrical panel which was that my dryer and AC wires were double tapped, causing them to overload the breaker anytime I ran both at the same time. Cole took care of me without any complaint. He is very respectful, knowledgeable, and cleans up after himself with taking proper precautions by covering my floors before beginning work. I will have him do ANY of my electrical work (again being an older home I need some more updating) at my house or I will recommend him to anyone that needs it."

"I am delighted to share my review of Jason and the Sewell Electric team for their exceptional work on my recent recessed lighting project. From the start, Jason's responsiveness stood out as he promptly addressed my request for a project quote. To my delight, he scheduled a free consultation and provided a quote the very next day, and the price was incredibly competitive compared to other electricians I had contacted. The team's efficiency was impressive; they returned to my home within a few days to begin the work. During the installation process, I was particularly appreciative of their considerate approach. They took the extra step of placing protective plastic over my living room furniture to shield it from any potential dust. This thoughtful gesture showcased their attention to detail and professionalism, which remained consistent throughout the project. Upon completion, the Sewell Electric team went above and beyond by diligently vacuuming and cleaning up after themselves, leaving no trace of their presence except for the great lighting they had installed. Furthermore, Jason's initial quote was accurate, and I valued his transparency and honesty throughout the process. In conclusion, I am delighted with the outstanding quality of work provided by Sewell Electric. I have no hesitation in saying that I will be sure to engage their services again if the need for related work arises in the future. I highly recommend Sewell Electric to anyone seeking reliable electrical services. Thank you, Jason and the Sewell Electric team, for your commendable job!"

"Joey from SameDay came out within 1 hour and did what he could to get it working again, but it will not last long. I asked if he could give me an estimate on a new furnace and he had Larry here within 15 minutes to give me a variety of options. They were very thorough - checked the airflow and looked at the ducts. Of the 2 furnaces that it came down to, he recommended the cheaper one - said it would work great for my space. I don't hear that very often!! They will be installing tomorrow and I will do another review."

"Outstanding work at a reasonable price. Did all the wiring for a basement finish. Very nice wire runs and fixture installation. Very neat and left the job clean. Highly recommended."

"Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job.  He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess.  (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)  During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand.  It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater!  Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I own a flower shop in South Jordan, and my water heater broke and leaked all weekend. Jeff with Pond's came in and looked at it on Monday, gave me a quote, and had it fixed by Thursday. Having warm water is important for my business, and even though I knew they were so busy, he made the repair happen as quickly as possible. He was honest about cost, my options, and timing. I would highly recommend Pond's Plumbing!
