"This family owned business should be very proud of the professionalism and service they provide. It was already evening when I made the request and yet David still came out to help. I didn't get a lecture about how old my unit was or my slacking on changing the filters. Some guys show up talking about how busy they are and make you feel like you're bothering them with your problem. Not metro Service. Instead he was patient in explaining to me and my son how things worked and what was needed : condenser capacitor, compressor hard start kit and over a lb of coolant. Total quality and cost was absolutely reasonable. When it is time to replace my unit I will surely give Metro Service a call."

"Another home run! I recently purchased a home with two HVAC systems and needed a new company to do my service as I moved outside my previous provider's service area. Chase and his guys came out within a couple days of my call and went through both systems top to bottom. Made suggestions for a couple minor repairs (same issues pointed out by my inspector prior to purchasing the house). I had him perform all the work and not once did he try and up-sell me on anything.
