I thought the charge was a little expensive for the work performed. However, not having any other experiences with A/C repair, I don't have anything to base it on. I expected about a third less than he charged. But, I would rather have good dependable service than a shoddily done repair. Talked to them about some future business. Family-owned business who cares about their customers and the job they do."

Chase and his guys came out within a couple days of my call and went through both systems top to bottom. Made suggestions for a couple minor repairs (same issues pointed out by my inspector prior to purchasing the house). I had him perform all the work and not once did he try and up-sell me on anything.
