"I called first thing on a Monday morning and they were able to schedule me for a 1000-1400 time window. Confirmation was via text, when the tech was enroute, I received a second text with a link that allowed me to track his location and estimated arrival time. Richard arrived around 1130. The truck is marked and he was wearing a company shirt. He was professional and friendly. I explained what I knew and he got to work right away. He identified a faulty capacitor as the issue and quoted me a price (had the part on the truck). Start to finish was about half and hour. All prices and services were discussed in advance. There were no surprises when it came time to square up. Standard non-warranty service fee of $69 plus $225 for a 35/5 capacitor. I was quoted a price for refrigerant, but didn't end up needing any. I appreciate the honesty there. Based on the initial pressure readings, it looked like I was going to need at least a pound of refrigerant. Richard let me know that they had changed; it would have been easy enough to not say anything and charge me anyway. Trust goes a long way. Speedy is my primary service provider for HVAC issues."

"The Technician (Cory) was early even though it was a Saturday. He quickly found the issue - a gecko blew my AC capacitor - gave me an estimate and then repaired it. They have a service plan that I decided to sign up for because the savings plus my Angie's List discount covered almost the whole cost and I still get 2 free service calls next year. Cory was quick, professional and courteous. Really like King AC and will definitely use again."

"Stuart is very knowledge about HVAC units and tries to repair versus replacement.  Extraordinary customer relations.

 Also scheduled adding new insulation.  His work is reliable.   We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

"Not well. This was an offer to get in to generate revenue. When I told them that I had a home warranty, they backed off on the second unit. I recommend that it should be noted in the offer that customers with home warranty's should not purchase this service."
