"I called first thing on a Monday morning and they were able to schedule me for a 1000-1400 time window. Confirmation was via text, when the tech was enroute, I received a second text with a link that allowed me to track his location and estimated arrival time. Richard arrived around 1130. The truck is marked and he was wearing a company shirt. He was professional and friendly. I explained what I knew and he got to work right away. He identified a faulty capacitor as the issue and quoted me a price (had the part on the truck). Start to finish was about half and hour. All prices and services were discussed in advance. There were no surprises when it came time to square up. Standard non-warranty service fee of $69 plus $225 for a 35/5 capacitor. I was quoted a price for refrigerant, but didn't end up needing any. I appreciate the honesty there. Based on the initial pressure readings, it looked like I was going to need at least a pound of refrigerant. Richard let me know that they had changed; it would have been easy enough to not say anything and charge me anyway. Trust goes a long way. Speedy is my primary service provider for HVAC issues."

"They were on time and always a pleasure to work with.  Several times I would want to ask questions about the installation and they were always willing to take whatever time it took to answer.  The install was finished in a single day.  We did have a break in period on the unit where we had a couple of issues with the install.  They were always prompt in dealing with these issues and the unit works great.  Jan and Janna (I hope I spelled these right) in the office are always very nice and helpful.  The unit is quiet and efficient - we are now enjoying reduced electrical bills this summer.

 Also scheduled adding new insulation.  His work is reliable.   We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.
