"Rental house with two single garage doors. Tenant called last night to say one wasn't working. Went out this morning to check doors and found one with a bad motor and the other with one spring broken. Called Chris at C&C and explained what I saw. He gave me an estimate over the phone for a spring and one motor. I told him that both motors were pretty old and asked if he could give me a discount if he went ahead and replaced the one that was still working also.
