I priced four different companies whose windows seemed comparable in workmanship and quality and found Brandon to be very knowledgeable about his product, professional in his manner, competitive in pricing, and made sure each window was measured accurately. There was never any pressure on me to buy from him either, which I greatly appreciated. A neighbor and I both ordered from Brandon at the same, and we both were on a short time frame since we both had trips planned around the same time. Phil and Dalton, the schedulers in the office, worked very hard to make sure everything could be finished before our trips. BJ, the installer, came in on his day off in order to help us out since we were on such a short time frame. He was very quick, efficient and professional as well. He made sure I understood all of the features of the windows and how to work them before he left. He was so clean and efficient with his work that I could not even tell he had even been there, except for my beautiful new windows sparkling in my rooms. It has only been a week and a half since the installation, but at this time I am extremely pleased with this company. <br />"

"From the start, Energy Smith was courteous and accommodating.  The company representative listened to my problem--absurdly high heating bills--postulated a few explanations, and offered to come out to my home and give things a look through--all at no charge.  He even suggested ways that I could address the heat loss problem myself, going so far as to direct me to helpful websites that gave detailed instructions.   <br /> Once I decided to contract Energy Smith to formally diagnose the problem through an energy audit, the representative was thorough and seemed primarily interested in helping me solve the problem--even if it meant recommending me to other businesses to perform services that Energy Smith could not provide.  The quote was more than fair, and the team never asked for more money at any point.  The Energy Smith representative and his contractors conducted themselves professionally at every turn.  Not only did they excel at the work they did, it seemed to me that they went far above and beyond what was required of the job.  For instance, the contractors replaced vinyl siding broken during the adding of wall insulation at no cost to me.  What's more, when rainy weather stalled work for a weekend, one of the contractors came back out and replaced downspouts that had to be removed for part of the project, despite the fact that the downspouts would need to be removed again once work commenced after the rain.  Likewise for vinyl siding taken down to drill holes to add insulation.  The contractor replaced the siding to add an extra layer against the cold, even though he would have to remove it again the next day to add insulation. <br /> As an added bonus, my utility company, Georgia Power, offers a substantial rebate for energy reduction through home improvements like those that Energy Smith provided.  The Energy Smith representative did all of the work in setting up the rebate and submitting all of the information himself, in addition to working hard to ensure that I received the maximum rebate possible.   <br /> I could hardly be more satisfied with the Energy Smith contractors and the work done. <br />"

"Brad performed estimate on a Saturday, which was very helpful. Was willing to install type of metal I wanted but cautioned there could be waranty problems. I selected his suggested product. Finish looks slightly different on large scale than sample but it is acceptable. Slightly concerned with time to install. Brad stated the product would be ordered as a kit with no leftover pieces. Also stated it would take 32 days to deliver. He called 8 days later stating product was ready for delivery. I was not home during installation. My 8 year old said he watched a piece fall off while viewing install from Grandma's house. Brad countered that he was on-site when this happened and that he immediately resolved the issue. Brad then said there were only 3 pieces left over. This was puzzeling. Brad came after-hours to insure I was satisfied with the work. Again, very helpful. I have never purchased a metal roof before. The metal is a bit thinner than I expected. Flashing was included. Screws are visible...and there are lots of them. But they appear straight and do not detract from the appearance much. Overall I am satisfied with price, product, installation time and clean up so long as the 50 year waranty is good as promised. Install was on Jan. 29. It's Feb. 5 today. No waranty has arrived in mail yet but I'm confident it's coming. <br />"
