Hello my name is Greg lovato, I'm a licensed journeyman electrician. Looking to start a handyman business.

"Very knowledgeable about lightning behaviour, friendly, accommodating of peculiarities of residence, fast and professional work. The crew stays very busy so be flexible with scheduling."

"I called this company to get an estimate for installment of recessed lighting in our kitchen. Peter was very prompt to come to our home to give the estimate and we felt the estimate was very reasonable. The installers Mathew, John and Jordan were very professional and courteous while they were here and they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would recommend this company for any electrical needs you may have."

"Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. When he was done everything worked like brand-new and his rates were by far the best that we could find. It was the first time ever using an electrician that we felt like we didn't get ripped off."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Great! All of our requests were exceeded! They were on Budget and on time!! We searched for quite a while before choosing a contractor... Very glad that we chose Improvement Pros LLC. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and there were no surprises or overruns! Very Professional and Personable! I highly recommend this Company?."

"Tenfold better than previous claims. The claims process was faster. Communication was exceptional compared to last time. The repair company assigned has a good reputation. The technicians seemed to know their way around my Trane unit. Neither the techs nor owner tried to upsell me repairs or products I didn't need."
