"Chris, Cody, and Pat were very professional, courteous, and they worked hard to get the job done. We would definitely recommend Mount Valley Foundation Services if you’re considering any crawl space or foundation work!"

"Owner (Cory) was courteous and professional. Work was done in a timely fashion. Worked with company, and followed all protocols. Would highly recommend this company for any ventilation issues. Well priced too. Very satisfied! Karen T."

"Travis saved us a ton of money by giving us a straight answer on repairing the existing garage foundation versus tearing down and starting over with our detached garage. He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. We really appreciate his honesty and will certainly hire CNT Foundations when we start over on this old garage!"

"This is the second time I have used Sexton Brothers. I have a quirky 100 year old house and both times, they been willing to take on unusual jobs and came up with creative and effective solutions that fit my budget. Everyone has been so friendly, punctual and hardworking and I love that someone always answers the phone when I call. They ended up having to pour an unplanned new footer but still honored the original estimate. I trust their knowledge, work and integrity and I will call them next time I need anything done on the foundation / crawl space. Thank you so much Sexton Brothers Construction! I’m excited to start using the old root cellar under the house without having to worry that the pit is going to cave in!"

"

I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. We got a military discount and they check the humidifier to make sure it is doing what it is supposed to do for about $99.

"Communication was excellent and they were very easy to work with. Everything I asked for (even with changes I made) was done with no problems. I plan to hire them again."

"We are very pleased, Mr Jenkins was on time with the estimate and the job. His crew was on time and cleaned up thoroughly. The patio is beautiful.

"Great! They quoted me a price, came to look at the house and gave a description of the work that would be completed. They came the next day and finished the job within two days. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would certainly hire Jim and his crew again."
