"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. "Kitchen Center was excellent!  They were completely professional and patient with inexperience.  In a matter of a few meetings, we jointly converged on a beautiful set of cabinets and vanity that met and surpassed my needs. 
The design work was complete and detailed (no surprises on delivery).  I was given ample notice and prodding for decision-making to stay on schedule. 
The cabinets arrived on schedule and installed (by contractor) perfectly.

"Alex and his team did a complete deck replacement. They did a very good job on this project. After removal of the old deck wood, it was determined that further reinforcement would be needed in order to do this job properly. Therefore, original estimate had to be adjusted quite a bit, to account for the extra labor needed to perform the reinforcement. Alex and his team completed the job in about three weeks, with most of the days in cold weather. Several payments were provided throughout the project and there were no hidden costs, they were very upfront in terms of what needed to be done, and were transparent throughout the process. Alex and his team also added, without additional labor cost, repair work for a side door deck, which involved replacement of about 8 boards. All in all, pleased with the work completed, very professional, and both decks look very good. Would use them again for future projects."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"My commercial-grade fridge was not cold enough. Gordon was at my house within an hour of me calling him and he added freon and cleaned the coils. I didn't think I'd be able to get same-day service, and it was greatly appreciated! He also looked at my oven, which was not what I called him for but while he was here I remembered that it has not been preheating efficiently. He ordered a new part for that and even cleaned the contact points on my gas stove so that the burners will light better. I started out my day needing to find a repairman, and it is not even noon yet and my fridge has already been fixed!
    The price included $100 deposit for the oven part. I don't have anything to compare the price to-- as always I was hoping it wouldn't cost much--but it was totally reasonable."
