Within a day, Trend Mechanics looked for new Unit, bought it, installed, and filed extended warranty for up to 10 years with the manufacturer. Parts and labors were also guaranteed up to 1 year. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Person scheduled to come did not and replacement person found new repairs to be done. I had to haggle on the price since it went up drastically. When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."

We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. "They were alright.  I was expecting a filtration pull out and they just stuck a hose up and knocked everything loose and sucked it with a regular vacuum cleaner.  They were in and out not too long and they cleaned up after themselves.  They were okay.  There was nothing more that I could ask for that price.  They did not offer or asked for anything more than the Big Deal price."
