After waiting fifteen minutes, I called him and he told me he couldn't read his own handwriting, was still at the office and asked if he could reschedule, which meant I had to miss more work. The second time we had an appointment he was a few minutes late, but took a fifteen minute personal phone call in the middle of our appointment. I excused myself so that he could have some privacy and thought the entire situation was extremely unprofessional. We had previously used Foster's for service and were always pleased so we ended up going with them purely on our previous experiences with their service."
