"This is my second review of Lecla I cant write another one on google so ill go to wherever I need to tell the world this is literally THE BEST COMPANY for any home improvements that you need! They originally put a new roof on my house and had to take the old one off and replace some panels. All of this they got done in ONE DAY! I've never seen employees work so hard it brought tears to my eyes lol. I then had Lecla paint the exterior of my home. Eric the manager and Freddy the head of the crew are amazing! super responsive and their work is meticulous and timely! They sanded my house to the bone fixed all the rotted shingles primed and painted all in FOUR DAYS! They are THE MOST efficient company. Don't look anywhere else this is the place!"

"The whole experience was great. I asked for a quote, and immediately spoke with John who sent me over some options. Wood, vinyl, and hybrid windows. After speaking with him and discussing my needs, he made some recommendations and came over with some samples. John was honest and actually talked me out of some upgrades that weren't worth it. The team then kept me updated on delivery time frames and scheduling work. Greg would text me to see if I could squeeze in availability if they had an opening (there was a lot of rain days at the time, so things were a bit unpredictable). I very much appreciated all the outreach. Once the windows arrived and the work began, I was amazed on how smooth it went. I was a bit concerned since the windows were old, but they were done with all 9 windows in one day, and they functioned perfectly. We had one window that had a loose latch. John said he requested a whole new replacement, and they kept me up to date on when they were going to come back to swap it. I can't say enough about the communication and follow-up, which not very many contractors do. I will hire Windows Solutions Plus again for my next project (looking at some picture windows next), and suggest you get these guys to give you a quote when you are ready for a window project of your own."

It came down to two comparable bids but I chose MCAS because it's a family run business and I could call Mike, the owner of the company, any time and he would answer. You also have to admire a roofer who breaks off and starts his own company. I have a soft spot for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, improving the US economy. Justine was also exceedingly pleasant to deal with. Responsiveness ranks as my top priority when dealing with large home projects and Justine get full marks, always getting back to me within minutes. They didn't try upsell me or talk me into any extras, they did exactly what I asked for in a quality manner and at a competative price. The crew was friendly and fast. I only had to do some minor yard clean up after they left, which I was happy to do considering the scope of their work. "Greg was a lifesaver. I decided to move from New Jersey to Kentucky and it was overwhelming. Greg took charge. I needed some items to be disposed of from a storage unit. He came one evening and took care of that. Then he came back and loaded up that storage unit and my upstairs apartment, all by himself, during the process he communicated everything, was efficient and very professional. "I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "Loved working with Window King and highly recommend them! I was nervous about replacing my three really old windows in my old Hoboken condo. Nick walked me through the entire process so that I felt comfortable with the windows I was choosing as well as colors, and so that I was in line with what the HOA would/ wouldn't allow. Cesar and his crew were present on install day - they were on time, courteous, fast, professional, and did an incredible job. I don't think it even took them four hours. And big thanks to Lisa who was extremely communicative regarding the timeline. My condo is now far less noisy in terms of the noise coming from the street- and MUCH warmer which is exactly what I needed.
