"This is the second roof Swan has put on my house.  They came out three times for this roof: the first time right after the hail storm, the second time when Allstate sent someone out to look at the roof, and a third time when I requested that Allstate come back out.  I really like their professionalism.  A bit pricier than other companies, but worth it.  The first roof they put on my house was a flat roof on the sunroom that has held for 7 years--they did a careful job and it shows.

Most important, where the heavy rains resulted in damage to some of the work he performed, Jaye came out quickly to repair the damage. I recommend him to anyone needed masonry work."

"We had 3 different companies out to give estimates before deciding to go with Wanda Bledsaw and Bledsaw Construction & Design.  All 3 estimates came from companies on Angie's List, but Wanda's estimate was by far the most affordable.  The job didn't go without some hiccups, but I am thrilled with the results.  The decorative tile around the bathtub and in the shower ordered were not in the correct color, which delayed the job, because the manufacturer had mislabeled the sample board at Home Depot.  Wanda fought to get the order replaced in the proper color and prodded Home Depot to get the manufacturer to ship by air.  Another hiccup, was that the skylight had to be replaced.  It was pitted from hail damage and had a few holes  in it, of which we were not aware.  I feel that we really got the most bang for our buck by having Bledsaw Construction do the job.  I hope to have Bledsaw perform more remodeling at my home in the future."

"Dennis contacted me the same day I purchased the deal for a roof inspection and set up an appointment for the following morning.  He showed up with his workers on time and provided me with pictures of their findings.  Luckily I didn't have any missing shingles, but he did point out hail damage on the roof.  He informed me that I should be good for now, but that I should have the roof inspected again after the next hail storm for possible roof replacement and that he was familiar with filing insurance claims if it came down to that.  He did not try to sell me on services I didn't need.  Overall, good experience.

"The initial estimation was very through and descriptive.  Was very patient and helpful when my choice of color was rejected by the HOA and had to resubmit.  Crew was very polite and did a great job. ( They even cleaned up my dog's mess in the back yard - sorry...)  The owner personally followed up and did walk through inspection after the work was completed, and offered to repair the chimney damage ( due to aging )  that his crew discovered while installing the roof.
Very honest and I was able to trust them from the beginning to the completion.  I would recommend this company to all my friends.

"I contacted Steve at Texas Roof and Fence last fall to get bids on my house and a rent house that had hail damage.  he was very responsive to those requests and quickly got me a bid.
I'm probably not the easiest customer to do business with and I wasn't thrilled with some of his terms and conditions so he agreed to changes I requested.  I'm not sure why but it took a few months to get his signed agreement back to me.  My impression is Steve has a lot of balls in the air and sometimes thinks he has done something he hasn't. 
The roof replacement was done last week.  I am still waiting on the barn roof and gutters which were supposed to be done this week but it's not looking like they will be.
Steve set a high bar and high expectations committing to cleaning up daily which his team didn't do.  He also told me when they cleaned up it would be spotless which it wasn't.   Steve said it was unrealistic to expect they would get more than 99% of the nails, etc.
He may have done better than most roofers would have.  I had high expectations based on the strong reviews he had on Angie's List and in Denton and his representations which fell a little short.  Not sure how much of that is because my expectations were too high and some because his crew or he didn't do what he said they would.
