In retrospect, the window/door quality are good, even above average...but at one time, we were thinking of a very expensive, maybe wood frame, but those prices were triple+ the amount we paid. So in reality, what we received and price paid through this company, we got a great job done and above average quality product. Yes, we would highly recommend and use them again!"

"I have never been particularly satisfied with past cleaners. They'd leave a mess or flake. James Brothers arrived on time, went about their business quietly and calmly -- I barely heard them in the house -- and they were very safe, lines tied off properly. They were done before I knew it, tested the gutters, and were on their way. Best I've ever had and I will hire them again next year. June, by the way, is the best time to clean your gutters here in Sacramento. The roof is slippery, the gutters are dry and easy to work with, and cleaners have time. One also has plenty of time to make any needed repairs that come up in the cleaning. Wait until Fall and you may spend the winter with dirty gutters and clogged downspouts."

"Our job was prepped and executed expertly. We had interior and exterior painting done in July. Our crew was Justin and Alan. They arrived promptly every day with a smile.They were careful with our property. They answered all of my "detail" questions. Justin installed new door locks and installed new exterior lighting too. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. This was the second project GTL has done for us. The first was in the fall of 2015. The company is owned by Alicia and Tommy Lewis. I'd like to commend Alicia who manages all the details of scheduling and the contract. She was prompt to answer my emails and kept us informed every step of the way. Tommy bids the job and handles the technical side of the business. He really knows details about dry rot repairs, etc. that go beyond painting. With a quality experience like ours, why use anyone else?"

Removed remaining glue on windows from installation approximately one year ago.  Windows looked great when job completed. Was able to climb on roof to wash skylight on second story that was extremely dirty. Price was very reasonable. <br />"

"This is the second time we’ve used Joe and his team for a remodeling project. The first was a full kitchen relocation/remodel, restroom addition and restructuring the great room layout. This project was our master bath remodel, and his team member Daniel took the lead on the project. Per usual, Joe and Daniel didn’t disappoint! Attention to detail was phenomenal, professionalism was top notch, and the job was completed with permits to code. They gutted the entire bathroom, moved plumbing, moved ceiling heights, replaced a window, adding lighting, installed new vanities and fixtures and completed a full bathroom re-tile. It’s rare to find a great contractor, and one you would invite into your home for more projects time in and time again. Just be mindful that some projects may not be completed on time, but this is due to attention to detail, and Joe always making sure that every part of the job is completed to the highest standard. "I was very pleased with the James Hardy siding and Milgard window replacement work performed by 3 Generations Improvements. The price was competitive but what was most noteworthy was lead foreman Vadim's and his crew's care, attention to detail and pride in workmanship in performing every aspect of their work. The word my wife and I would use in describing this work would be "meticulous". Even the county inspectors that had to sign off on the permits were highly complimentary of the work that had been performed. I would not hesitate to unequivocally recommend 3 Generations Improvements to others looking for similar work."
