Rob showed patience and experience in carefully raising the large slabs, preventing any damage to the slabs or to the wall stone at the rear of the porch that was at risk if the raising was not done right. I'm very happy with the finished job and Rob guarantees his work, offering to return at no charge if any unexpected settling in the future. A quality contractor. "Bob was very punctual and his communication before and during the job was very good.  <br /> I should have set a completion date so that I was sure of the days they would be there all day .vs part of the day or not at all. A couple of the days I was told they would be there but they weren't able to accomplish that extending the project into the next week. <br /> Overall they did a good job. There were several detail things/short cuts that were missed and discovered when the painter arrived. Not the end of the world but I would have done it a bit differently next time.  They were good about doing as we asked as the project progressed. If you are very detail oriented I would get EVERYTHING in writing before the job. Not just the basics. <br /> They did an great job of keeping the mess to a minimum during the work and and always cleaned up after every day of work. I felt comfortable about them in the house during the work and would recommend them with a word of caution realtive to the details  <br /> and specifics. <br /> Everything looks good, now that we are complete. <br />"

"<p>Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work.  In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".<br /> <br /><br /> <br />At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking.  Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate.  Don't find that much in the labor force today!  It spoke volumes to me.  When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation.  On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system".  After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter<br /> <br />pipes down to bedrock.  Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location.  Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift.  From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes!  They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing!  We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Thanks so much again.  We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your<br /> <br />expertise, kindness, and professionalism.</p> <p>Mike and Cheryl <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Arranged  meeting,   Walked around house to describe the work,  Cory provided estimate and we discussed  details over the phone.  Approved and signed the contract.  Paid 40% of work.  Work  occurred 3 weeks later and was done in several days.   Work was professionally done.  Framing around interior door was done by hand.  Discussed the work and completed some minor details.   Paid the remainder.   I was very pleased with the work and the process.  Cory was very pleasant to work with and his crew got the job with minimal disruption."
