"I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I filled in a project quote request online. Within 1 day, Gary the sales rep called us. He came to our the same week and drew out a sketch and quote. The quote was very reasonable. The contractors were more than professional. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and attention to detail was wonderful. We are VERY happy. We asked for bids from another contractor who did not get back to us for 3 weeks!"

"Fast + so reasonably priced! Amazing guy with great conversation & easy to talk to about many problems in terms of plumbing. Even the things he couldn’t help with he was willing to discuss the potential of fixing // supplying a referral of someone to contact. 10/10 highly recommend."

"We had a really bad storm and my basement had water all over the place, I called a few places but Basement Gurus where there the next day. When I met with Dan Kelly for the estimate he was on time, wore his mask and we did a walk-through inside the basement and outside the perimeter of my home. He asked me exactly what I would like done and how Basement Gurus could help. Dan offered me different options, was very informative and showed me what materials they use compare to others. We sat down and reviewed the cost of options and set the install date, he also mentioned that they had a finance option in case I needed it. Dan was very professional, treated me like if we knew each other for years and NOT pushy at all to sell me on his product. Once the date was set, his crew came in early in the morning and was done the same day. Very happy with my decision, not had a leak since and have peace of mind. After the job was completed, Dan contacted me to see how everything was going and I informed him that we had lost my dad, he gave me his condolences and next thing I know I received a card in the mail from him and Basement Gurus. If that’s not going above and beyond, then I don’t know what is. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Dan and Basement Gurus!"

"Technician found the problem and replaced the faucet. Renato from One Source Plumbing was very courteous and professional. Excellent service."
