Built-Well has remarkable teams who brought so much knowledge and expertise working each aspect of the project. There were some mistakes a long the way. Grant and his team handled them well. Pivoting where needed while keeping us updated. Overall, we are happy with the work. We now have a beautiful new home when we needed it most!"

For all the people who told me to count on adding 1/3 of the price and 1/3 of the projected time to complete a gut renovation of my bathroom, let me tell you about Majid and his company, Bodee Construction. Bodee underbid other contractors by several thousand dollars and finished on time. My 1910 bathroom didn't have a single level, unbroken surface the walls, floor, ceiling were all cracked and off kilter from a century of sagging and use; leaks from the sink, tub and toilet were patched up repeatedly. At the end of the job, I had the sleek, beautifully finished room I dreamed of, from a crew of professional, courteous, hard-working and meticulous workers that didn't cause me agita. Majid came in to supervise, make adjustments, talk me through the project, discuss fixtures and lighting I hadn't yet chosen or take direction from me questions that came up. He even His back office/admin is beyond helpful! They're incredibly responsive, answering questions within minutes. Majid gave me his cell number so I could always reach him directly. His network of suppliers and workmen meant I could get everything I needed or wanted, almost always at a better price than I could find on my own, right away, with no delivery charges. I came to totally trust Majid: he cares about the quality of his work, and he is a man of his word, He knows the success of his business depends on word of mouth. I had very specific ideas about how I wanted the room designed, and he never said no. He made it work. He came through beautifully on everything I asked for."

"George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. I am very thankful that I chose Elite Tech for my renovation."

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also.
