"The estimator came out and gave an estimate.  Jay came out with a few other workers to complete the project.  They were professional and left the yard/premises clean and tidy at the end of the days. They communicated when they would show up to our house to start work and also advised us of the progress and weather delays.  At the completion of the work, we did a walk around the property and Jay fixed every single spot we were not happy with until we were pleased.  And he did this with no complaint, or attitude of how particular we were.  I would definitely use Jay again and highly recommend him.

project for us, they power washed and stained our deck and pergola as well as
power washed and painted the trim on our house. I have to remark, that the
thing that impressed me most is that Elysium unlike many contractors I have
worked with in the past is professional and communicative through out the

  I called their main office to set up a free estimate and had someone at the house the next
morning; they even gave me the bid before leaving.  There was no waiting 3-4 days for the contractor to ?get
back to me with a price.? The crew that came to our house showed up on time and
were very polite and respectful of our home and property. We primarily
communicated with crew chief Caesar, who was very clear on the time line for
project completion and stuck to his promises. Overall we are very pleased the

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
