They were diligent and professional, and they stayed on task to get the job done. They knew all the features required to be installed to be conformant with code. The boilers work very well. I later received independent confirmation that the boilers were good ones from Vermont Gas. <br /> Finally, the bill, when it came, was quite reasonable for two boiler installation, especially considering the rush nature of the job. <br /> So overall, when Falcon needed to be there, they were there with the men and equipment necessary to make the situation right. The did so with good communication an courtesy. And they did so without charging an arm and a leg for the privilege. <br />"
