"The initial estimate & setting the date went smooth.  Jason showed up on time, but I was working and my husband was at home. I had asked my husband to ask them to clean up before they left but some how it came across (via my husband) that I wanted them to clean the grout first.  So cleaning solution was put down & Jason said he would have to return on Monday to finish.  When I got home this left me totally confused & frustrated as I did not ask for my grout to be cleaned but to be replaced, so I called Jason and he said he thought this was the communication from my husband (which I believe to be true-my hubby does get confused some times).  But Jason assured me this would not change the estimate and was very kind to me though I was very upset;  he explained everything to me in detail so I would have a full understanding.  He showed up on time for the second visit and finished the job by re-grouting my tile as I asked.   The price he quoted is what I paid and I think it was fair.  Even with all the confusion it turned out being a pleasant experience and the patience he had with me, I would DEFINITELY hire him again.
