"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"The folks at Omega Force were outstanding and a real treat to work with. Starting with my initial call, my service request was handled very competently and carefully and I received what I needed, even though I wasn't exactly sure of what all I needed when I made the initial call. This professionalism extended to the actual service which was conducted by Seth in a very safe (COVID) and capable manner. He was so conscientious helpful and left my house having gotten our range back to "like new" with no mess or fuss. Thank you Seth! "This is the second time we've had the opportunity to use D&T Appliance and continue to be impressed with their service. Between the time of troubleshooting and the actual repair, the refrigerator continued to deteriorate. When Andrej, the service man, arrived for repair, I informed him of the additional problems. As it turned out the problem went from a solenoid issue to a main circuit board. Andrej quickly found that his supplier had the part in stock and immediately drove to the shop. Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. As a note, we found Andrej to be timely, very professional, and technically astute. It was a pleasure having him as out repairman."

"Please note that I have seldom had any problem with appliances. Now that I have a house filled with newer appliances, I am quickly becoming discouraged by the numerous problems with all the electronics stuff in them, The serviceman does not come with parts ready for replacement on the spot. Their plan is to examine the problem(s) and give you a quote so that you can make a decision to fix or replace. In this case, when he tried to get parts, his parts servicer did not have the parts in stock (a light bulb and another part that is known for early failure, for a GE Profile microwave). I had to wait two days after the first service call for the actual repair. This is probably current standard practice, but new to me since I previously have run appliances into the ground and just replaced them when they died after a long life. I would have liked an immediate resolution to my problem. When it fails again, I will simply go out and buy a cheap microwave. I have no problems with the actions of the repair person and will use him for more work. I am unhappy with the current longevity of appliances."
