"We noticed on a Saturday morning that our refrigerator had stopped cooling. Called and left a voice message at Omega Force. Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. The technician was able to correctly diagnose the issue and contacted an Omega Force repair technician in the area. The technician (Nate) arrived around 2:00, replaced a defective control board in the refrigerator and by 2:30 the refrigerator was once again cooling. Nate was courteous, professional and personable. This is my second time using Omega Force to repair an appliance and I highly recommend contacting them for any appliance repair"

"This is the second time we've had the opportunity to use D&T Appliance and continue to be impressed with their service. Between the time of troubleshooting and the actual repair, the refrigerator continued to deteriorate. When Andrej, the service man, arrived for repair, I informed him of the additional problems. As it turned out the problem went from a solenoid issue to a main circuit board. Andrej quickly found that his supplier had the part in stock and immediately drove to the shop. Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. As a note, we found Andrej to be timely, very professional, and technically astute. It was a pleasure having him as out repairman."

"The first weekend of January, I came home, on a Saturday afternoon and heard this clanking. It was the first really cold snap we had, like 30 below zero. I heard this clanking in my furnace and I called Kathleen. She had a technician call me back immediately. He called me back in 5 minutes and told me exactly what to do. Because my furnace wasn't working he said, "Turn the fan on," and if I had any heaters in the house, like electric heaters, to turn those on and get the air circulating. That was a Saturday. On Monday the 11th, they were out here Monday morning repairing my furnace. They did not let me sit."
