This time, we had a problem in getting the necessary repair parts that went on for almost two months. Probably not Randy Lane's fault - blame the wholesaler and Delta Faucets. But I had to keep calling to check up on where the p[arts were and when they would be supplied so that the work could be completed. Randy Lane's office did not seem to be on top of that.
