"From bad to worse. The day after they primed the pump, I went to use the pump & there was no water. The priming had failed. I made several attempts to contact Pruitt via email, Facebook & leaving phone messages. The one time a phone call actually got thru to him, he told me he'd call back in 10 minutes as he was on the road. I'm still waiting for a call back. This is the worse I've been treated by any business . Astonished to see they did not guarantee their work when procedure failed. Sad thing is, up until now, I thought very highly of this business & their professionalism & the owner. But when a company refuses to guarantee their work and refuses to respond to an unsatisfied customer complaint, something has gone terribly wrong with the business and or owner."

He even gave me the name of the distributor of the water heaters to help me get answers to questions he was unsure of about the product. I got all my questions answered and when I finally ordered my water heater from Mark, I felt totally confident that I got the best heater choice for my needs. His price was very competitive to other quotes I received for the job. Water heater was installed within a few days of my ordering it and was done by two of his employees. "DO NOT Hire this company. They are TERRIBLE. They sent a technician (Jason Stewart - showed up wearing sandals and gym shorts) to come take a look at my AC unit. This gentleman had no CLUE what he was doing. My AC unit was not cooling. He decided to install a hard start kit and he charged me $310 for it, I went online and saw a few for $28. Ten minutes later the AC stop working. He played with some wires and left. 10 minutes later we called him again because the AC was still not working. He came back and changed the capacitor and left. 15 minutes later the AC unit stopped working again, he returned at 9pm to play with the wires again. This time he claimed I needed a new AC Compressor, he quoted me for $1,800. He took $300 deposit. The next day I got a second opinion from ARS Rescue Rooter. The first thing they did was open the furnace, 30 minutes later my AC was up and running. I called Morgan Air to explain the situation, they came back to collect their starter kit and their capacitor, however they are still refusing to give me my $610 back. Please call a different company, Morgan Air will lie and SCAM you."
