He gave us a flat rate price and then a nice senior citizen discount from an Angie's List coupon from his page - which we accepted his reasonable rate and told him to start work immediately. After looking at the parts he needed based on the materials we had on hand, left the house briefly to buy those parts. The work included plumbing under the sink was updated and adjusted to provide more storage space, kitchen faucet and spray installed on the new countertop, gas line hookup to the stove and dishwasher water and waste lines hooked up. Then he proceeded to the bathroom to install the new vanity and hooked up the water and plumbing lines. Job was clean and tight.
