"The guys were really nice and got the plumbing issues fixed which were more extensive than I thought. My house is old and I had not had any work done on the sinks in the bath or kitchen for 20 years. They cleaned up the leaking mess which was unknown to me and replaced the faucets so they work perfectly without any issues. They worked to correct the issues and cleaned up afterwards. The only issue I have is that it was very expensive. I understand everything has gone up but $926.00 to replace the faucets, connections, and pipe work just seemed excessive. I am about to go on Medicare and paying for the repairs left me with $250.00 to live off of until another week before I get paid. I am happy it is over, pleased to have the sinks working like they should and glad not to have to worry about water damage. The workers were wonderful, professional and I know that the amount charge is out of their control but I will think twice about hiring someone without having a written estimate on paper and without obtaining more than one estimate for the work."

"Exceptional service. We are very grateful that he includes Hinton as one of the areas he serves. He showed up when he said he would and worked late into the night on a Saturday to replace a broken water main that had been damaged during the ice storm. The repair required digging under concrete and dealing with a difficult main line situation, but he hustled the entire time and worked efficiently to restore our water. He returned Sunday morning to finish everything up and made sure the repair was completed properly. What really stood out was his work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right. He communicated clearly, stayed focused, and worked through the weekend until everything was resolved. "I have 3 grandkids staying with me an the main sewer line got clogged. They tried to reach it with snake but couldnâ  t get to it. Had tech call the office an person in office said it would take a day or 2. However when I explained I had kids 12 ,10, an 4 they worked schedule their schedule around sn showed up 900 am the next morning. By 230 I could flush toilets an everything worked great. They bent over backwards for me an I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USINT THUS COMPANY. Any plumbing needs I have from now on will be done by A to Z plumbing"

"Josh in a professional. He made sure that everything was just right before he was done. He bought and installed an electrical transfer switch for me so that when the power goes down, I can just switch over to my generator and power up the whole house. We checked it all out with the generator running and it checked out perfectly. Not only can I connect the generator to the house, but if I decide to get a bigger generator, Iâ m set up to just plug it into the house. I have some other electrical projects that need need to be done and I will definitely call Josh. I recommend Josh for any electrical projects or problems."

"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
