"Weaver did very well with our basement finishing. They did get the way we wanted things done, which was a bit unique, but they did miss a few things, like not understand we were going to take care of some things that were non-standard ourselves (because they were non-standard.). They also did leave us hanging a little at the end - we still never got our light switch at the end of the stairs hooked back up to the light, nor found out how to change the cam lights, but at some point I just gave up, cause they were kinda done with us after they got their last payment. Generally good to work with, they did have a bit of a time getting workers due to COVID, and there were some small less than desirable messes left. But thatâ  s small compared to the overall work, which was good. So Iâ  m pretty happy overall."

The rest of the crew is also very engaging and respectful and performs high quality work. If you or someone you know is looking for concrete work I cannot recommend them enough. I have a high expectation for work done at my house and they exceed those expectations. You cannot go wrong giving them a call and having them perform the work. "This is the second time we’ve hired GA Chott during the past 15 years. We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. We had an inspector ask us about who did the work so that he could contact them for a job in his own home. The quality and attention to detail were incredible. James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale. Again, she was always available for any questions we may have, and made it feel like we were their only clients. Darryll helped us navigate decisions and brought the full plan together. When we encountered a couple of small issues, he was quick to address and correct them, and assured that things were properly handled. This was a large, 8-week project.
