"Came out to get rid of a squirrel. He did apparently remove a squirrel, but not the one we called about because it was stuck too far down. We were told our chimney was too rusted to use, and a temporary cap was placed on the chimney. According to a second opinion our chimney is in working order, and we had the cap replaced with a working one. I'm not sure what that was about but I do really appreciate the promptness with which Chimney keeper was willing to come out and handle our squirrel problem. Not exactly worth $300 though."

"It was a good experience. Ed Jens was very helpful throughout the process. I had a lot of rot that had to be repaired on my home. Ed and his crew leader Mitch fixed up my house and resided it. It looks great now. Ed was upfront about the cost. There were no surprises there. He was affordable and fair. His work is excellent. He documented everything he fixed with pictures. Mitch was the crew leader on the project. He was there everyday. He was so easy to work with. Very nice. He is excellent and very skilled. He did a great job. The crew was great. They cleaned up everyday. I mean... sweeping, leaf blowing, every day before they left. The crew was very kind when my kids ran in and out of the house all day long and the 6 month old dog snuck out behind them. Someone from the crew usually caught my dog for me. All my old siding was taken off the house. My home was resided in Hardie Plank and repainted. The chimney had to be rebuilt it was so rotted. I knew this going into the project. The nice thing about working with Neligan is they do roofing too, because I needed a new chimney cap and didn’t have to hire a separate contractor. If you hire Neligan, I hope you get Ed’s crew. They are the best."

"This was my first experience in having a roof replaced. I received quotes from 3 highly rated roofing companies listed on Angieslist. All 3 quotes were similar in price. Kevin McClure with Kayco Roofing made my decision easy - he "sold" me with his knowledge of the product and the trust he has for his roofing crew, Roofing day went just the way Kevin said it would ... the dumpster and crew showed up at 8:30 in the morning and the roof was completed the following afternoon along with the removal of the dumpster. Yes, that's what I said ... the dumpster was only there for a little more than a day! Our neighbor recently had there roof redone and their dumpster was in their driveway for more than a week. Clean up was amazing - you wouldn't even know that a roof had been taken off and a new roof was put on ... everything was left absolutely spotless. The finished product looks AMAZING!! "We recently hired Hagerty Constructions for re-roofing project. Mr. Hagerty provided detailed estimates and explained options at various price points. We opted for GAF roofing with Golden Pledge warranty. In comparison with other Master Elite certified GAF installers Mr. Hagerty submitted very competitive quote. We are glad about our hiring decision. Team did excellent job on the roof. They have only one team working on roofing projects day after day. There experience and professionalism of doing this work was seen on the job. Many of them are employees of the company unlike other companies hiring contract labor per job basis. On personal note I appreciate company policy of expecting their employee working approx. 8 hours/day. This is very physical work. I was ok for our roof replacement taking 3 days to finish, in comparison to 1 day start-to-finish work done on some of the homes in my neighborhood. Not sure if quality can be maintained by rushing the work."

"Excellent! I just gotta say I’m very impressed with this company and their loyalty to their customers. I wouldn’t call this a small company either.. from what I see they keep business very steady and with their very busy schedule Rob Hile (the owner) still managed to keep excellent communication with me. When we were first going over our contract to have my roof redone from an insurance claim, he was very thorough in making sure I understood everything that I needed done and took the time to go over every line item with me. Not only did his company do an excellent job on my roofing chimney sweep, they made sure all trash was picked up around the property. I was very worried about their being nails and debris because of my dog who roams around the yard, but I didn’t find a single nail or debris left over. I also had a big opening in an area in my house of missing drywall from a plumbing problem that I had mentioned to him, and since they were replacing the drywall on my ceiling, he went ahead and had his guy fix up this small patch as a courtesy for going with his company! This job was done almost two years ago. Recently though, my chimney sweep failed after a really bad wind storm and I called K & D roofing about the issue and knew I had the warranty. It was a quick fix of popping a new chimney sweep on and I was worried about being charged for labor as I’ve been tight on a budget. When Rob Hile came out for my appointment less than a week later, he came out and exchanged my chimney sweep with no cost to labor. It’s companies like this that deserve respect for being so loyal to their customers. I fully recommend going with this company and I will be referring him to people in the future.
