"They appear to have completed the plumbing satisfactorily. They did leave greasy prints all over my walls. Thank goodness for 409. I felt I was overcharged a bit. I asked prior to repair an estimate on what it would cost and was told "it's hard to tell." It would have been nice if he could have at least quoted me their hourly rate so I would have an idea. I had the faucet so the price was for labor.

"Our son had Saia Plumbing replace a sewer line a few months ago that was between his house and the street. The job went well so I called Saia to replace a broken sewer line under our house. I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Mike is very easy to work with, and quickly responded to texts and calls. I absolutely would hire them again."

"David was able to come out the day after we called (just before Xmas, busy time). He recommended replacing the sink rather than trying to replace busted Grohe hot water cartridge (due to age and cost). So he then came back the next day to install the faucet we went and bought. A few days later we noticed a small leak had developed, so he returned a day later (no cost to us) and resealed to stop the leak. Despite having to drive from Eastbank to Westbank three times and spend 90 mins on labor, the total charge was $142. Totally fair."
