"We could not have asked for better service! I emailed them first and received a prompt reply with the information we needed. We brought in our window covering with a stuck cord. Worked with Jeff and Pam who were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The cord was fixed quickly, they checked with the manufacturer and found it was still under warranty, really appreciate that extra step! The cost would have been very reasonable even if not covered. Highly recommend, we definitely will return if we need this service again!"

"The process went really smooth. We had several windows replaced and one door. We are very happy with the product and process. I had some questions during and after the install, and all of them were answered very promptly."

"We hired the Egress Window Guy to install a new egress window in place of a leaking glass block window in our basement. Their quote process was easy and straight forward. Installation was done within one day, and we couldn't be happier with the results. There is so much more light coming into our basement now, and we have a lot more peace of mind knowing it is an additional exit point should we ever need it (hopefully we don't). We are thrilled with the results and would recommend the Egress Window Guy to anyone in the market for adding a new egress window to their home."

"This is the third time Ive had them come out. First time was 8 years ago to replace rotting wood bedroom windows. The second time was 2 yrs ago in 2017 to do custom kitchen windows. This time was in winter of 2019 - 1 bedroom, 1 living room and one large livingroom window. Our house ws new in 1992, but the windows were awful. Mold, rot and glass falling out. So we went with the best-Anderson. Those windows have held up well, so I have replaced most windows now. The salesman Tim is very helpful. The installers are professional and quick and clean up afterwards. Last time it was winter and I hid in bedroom watchng tv with the dogs. The room stayed warm and they were done in no time. It is a crew of 4 so its done fast. They are polite and hardworking. I do not understand the bad reviews at all. After I experience with windows I only wanted the best."

"Tyler, Gumby?, Andrew and Jake showed up on time and worked very well together as a team. They were quiet, moved quickly and finished my windows inside and out in 3 hours. Tyler said it would have been 6 hours with 2 workers. They are so clean that it almost looks as though there is no glass at all! They told me about a couple of windows with sticking issues so i can get those fixed. I have a 1932 build home with combination windows. The only thing that I question, is f wiping down screens with a wet cloth is enough to keep the dirt from transferring onto the windows when it rains. In the past, the screens are actually removed and washed with Dawn and water. I am afraid of heights so these guys really helped me out. Stellar performance!! Thank you."

"We're finishing our basement, and so it's not a cave, we wanted a glass block window in the bathroom. Rick was getting ready for his booth at the state fair, but since it was one window, he said he could make it and install it before the fair opened. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the fair ended. He talked with our contractor by phone so the opening could be framed to spec. Two days later he showed up with the window, and installed it. It fit perfectly, and he advised how to finish the inside."

"This review is three years late, BUT not only were the workers professional and did a good job, but the work has held up very well. Everyone has commented on how good they look and on how they were installed. The windows are both installed beautifully (Lindsay Windows!) and look and work fantastic. On the two occasions that there were small issues over the past three years, including a broken pane, A Pane in the Glass was extremely helpful and responsive- helped with what we needed quickly. Would recommend this company highly!"

"Technician was pleasant and efficient as was the office staff. The price seemed reasonable, but I got no other bids so have no comparison. Would definitely use again for glass replacement."

"They were an excellent company to work with on this project. Rick Hammer was our primary contact and really made the whole process pretty painless. He did a complete review of the house himself rather than just go by what the insurance adjuster had documented. He then worked with the insurance company to get some things added. That process took a little while, but Rick called me every other day to give me a status of where things were at. <br /> There was one particular item that the insurance company said they would not cover, but Rick added it in anyway because he said it was just the right thing to do given that we were replacing the entire roof. We also had a couple of issues with the existing roof that Rick made sure got added in to the work order to be repaired before the singles were laid down. <br /> The job was split across 2 days because different crews did the siding and shingles. Rick came out several times each day to make sure that the work was being completed as planned. We really didn?t have to worry about anything. <br /> It was definitely nice to work with a company that sincerely cared about doing a high quality job for us. <br />"
