"Our basement flooded in the middle of the night, and Mr Rooter had someone at our house within two hours of calling. Eric was very polite and explained all of our options thoroughly, and then he spent the day single handily busting through cement to reach the broken pipe and get it fixed. We were really impressed with his positive attitude in the hot summer sun and how hard he worked to get our water running again. Thanks!"

"Mike was efficient and prompt. His work ethics were professional and knowledgeable. Mike installed a gas line and a gas stove for us. When I got home I told my husband that it smelt like gas so I called the company and asked if they could send someone out. Within 10 minutes literally mike arrived...never made me feel as if I was bothering... rechecked the lines and show me how to use my new stove. Mike ensured it was leveled and before leaving as me if I had any questions...this is definitely a company we will continue to use and recommend. Thank you Mike for all your assistance and knowledge.
