"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Went to the Greater Lansing Home and Garden show in March of 2015 for the purpose of talking to contractor regarding siding and stone.  Mr. Parker came to our house with several samples of different stone and was very informative regarding his product.  His quote was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received.  Mr. Parker was always willing to answer questions and concerns as we finalized our project plans.  The dates that were given to us by Mr. Parker for installation were accurate.  Mr. Parker was very professional.  Mr. Parker left our house the way he found our house.  After installing the stone on the front of the house, we asked Mr. Parker to do additional work on our garage and again was very reasonably priced and professional.  I would recommend John Parker of Stone by Stone for stone work. <br />"

"David called and sent an email on Saturday August 10 stating that he could start the job around noon on that day. He arrived and began cleaning brick that we had salvaged from when the house was built in 1977. He placed a tarp over some adjacent windows to protect them from dust and old flying mortar. This was completed at 5 PM that day. <br /> He returned on Monday and worked for 3 hours in a rainy drizzle. <br /> Came back on Tuesday and completed the job; caulked a seal around the window and cleaned up all of his tools. <br /> The work was completed in a professional manner and we are very satisfied with the results.
