"It went great. They were very patient with us, considering we figured out what we wanted - in part - as we went along. We chose hardware (towel racks, vanity, tub etc) at Lowe's and they picked it all up and did the install. The plumber bill was about $900 and the Original Bros bill another $4-5k, I forget the exact number. I should note that there were some unknowns - how much hidden water damage to the floor/wall near the tub, etc, but they gave us good ideas of what to expect and the range of costs we might incur. They were very upfront with us about all costs, and gave good recommendations as in "do what you want but I don't recommend doing X and Y." I was Very impressed. I should mention that a certain unprofessional plumber who came by our house quoted us over $10k for the tub repair alone. I went into this with a lot of apprehension and expectations for problems, and was really pleased how it turned out. I am normally very pessimistic and suspicious and they put me at ease with the manner in which we prepared for the work, how it was done, and getting everything wrapped up. A problem after the fact (GFCI outlet went bad) was promptly remedied at no cost to us. I very highly recommend these folks."

"Needed to have two deck boards replaced. We purchased and cut the boards. The response to the initial inquiry was quick and professional. I was told that the scheduler would get in touch to schedule a time for the repair.  <br /> I happened to be home early from work when the crew showed up, having finished another job early. There were three or four people working to replace the boards, and it took about 45 minutes. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves.  <br /> The invoice was incorrect when, and after a phone call I was sent a new one immediately. Seemed like it could have been a job for one person, but instead we paid the labor for three or four. Despite this, I'd definitely consider this company for any large scale project in the future. <br />"

"It went fine. I got a quote from them but we ended up not going with them. They came out to look at my property and then the quote probably came two weeks after that. Their quote was just too high and I got quotes that were less than that. They were professional. There were a couple of things that I was not too happy with. For example, Darcy Bean sent a plumber out to my house and I was unaware that he was going to be sending a plumber to my house and the plumber contacted me early that morning and said that he needed to come over that very day within the next hour and I told him that that was not going to work for me and that I would have appreciated him calling at least 24 hours in advance. I did not know who the plumber was but he was not the most perceptive to me telling him that he could not come out that day. In general, Darcy was professional but he did state that he was going to come out to give me the quote on a Monday and then he ended up not doing that. I kept having to ask him if he was coming that Monday because he had never set a time and then he finally got back to me that Monday morning and said that he could not come that day and that he would have to come the following day. I would probably not consider getting a quote from them in the future just because I think that most of their quotes would probably be pretty high."
