The arrived on time on the day of replacement, performed the work in a professional and relatively quiet manor, After hooking up the old opener we discovered the internal gears were stripped and the opener would need to be replaced as well. He recommended that I purchase a unit myself that was on sale at Menard's and he would install it. Came back as promised and installed the new opener, everything works great."

"Chad had me from the description of how critical prep work is to a good job. And Kyle and Dakota worked hard at it. Had a lot of wallpaper to remove (4 rooms & a tall stairway and hall); and drywall to repair (from settling and damage). They spent 2-3 days on prep. They also helped with a water condensation problem at the bathroom exhaust fan (5th room). Also did 3 closets. The paint looks fabulous. We have a few bedrooms that need some paint too. Will probably call them again."
